Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some advice on how to boost my performance in endurance events. I’ve been running half-marathons for a while now, but I feel like I’ve hit a plateau. I’ve tried various training plans, but I’m not seeing much improvement.
Has anyone here gone through something similar? Mendix and What changes did you make to your training or diet that helped you improve? Any tips on mental strategies would also be greatly appreciated.
